- Led development of a statewide strategic communications plan
- Created promotional materials, including a social media toolkit for local sites
- Built the Family Connects Colorado website to support awareness and scheduling
- Developed a partner portal to centralize tools, resources, and guidance for sites
The Outcome

- Equipped local teams with tools to effectively promote the program

- Supported program growth from 0 to 5 sites, with continued expansion underway
