The Challenge

    • Develop clear, stigma-informed messaging for both the topic and available services
    • Prioritize outreach to referral partners with direct access to families
    • Combine direct outreach with targeted digital campaigns
    • Position the organization as a trusted, leading voice on FASD in the state

My Role

    • Led messaging development for both FASD awareness and program offerings
    • Developed the overall communications strategy and outreach approach
    • Managed and guided outreach efforts through a curated referral partner list
    • Executed targeted social media advertising for families and referral sources

The Outcome

    • Increased awareness of FASD and available support services
    • Established the organization as a credible, go-to resource on FASD in the state
    • Strengthened relationships with referral partners and expanded reach to families
    • Built a foundation for continued growth of FASD programming and services
