My Role

    • Led development of messaging guides
    • Facilitated messaging and framing trainings for staff and board
    • Built an internal intranet to centralize resources and support alignment

The Outcome

    • Stronger alignment across teams and programs
    • More consistent and cohesive external communication
    • Clearer articulation of organizational impact
    • Improved staff confidence and knowledge in representing the organization, resulting in a 30–40 percentage point increase across key indicators, including program awareness (+39%), messaging tools access (+39%), and information navigation (+18%)
