The Strategy

    • Develop a centralized communications plan to guide all sites
    • Create scalable tools and resources to support local implementation
    • Build a cohesive brand and messaging system across the state
    • Design digital infrastructure for both families and program sites

My Role

    • Led development of a statewide strategic communications plan
    • Created promotional materials, including a social media toolkit for local sites
    • Built the Family Connects Colorado website to support awareness and scheduling
    • Developed a partner portal to centralize tools, resources, and guidance for sites

The Outcome

    • Established a cohesive and consistent brand across all sites
    • Equipped local teams with tools to effectively promote the program
    • Improved access for families through a centralized website and scheduling experience
    • Supported program growth from 0 to 5 sites, with continued expansion underway
